Cancellations

Keep in mind that if you cancel, modify or no-show, you will lose the amount of the payment that was already collected in your reservation.

How to cancel: In all notifications of your reservation sent by email a specific link is included so that you can cancel your reservation at any time. You can also cancel your reservation by contacting us. Please contact us in advance if you need to cancel the reservation.

Payment in advance

If you make your reservation at least 8 days before your arrival, you will pay a deposit of 30% at the time of making your reservation. The rest of the payment will be made 5 days before your arrival, we will send you a reminder email to complete the payment of your reservation that will be made effective by the payment method selected by you in the reservation.

• Taxes and service charges: 13% VAT not included.

Conditions for stays with children

Children of any age can be accommodated. Children from 7 years old will be considered adults. If you are traveling with children under 7 years of age, we recommend that you indicate this in your reservation request form.

For stays longer than a week, we have discounts depending on the season. Please contact us.

Rules of accommodation

• Entrance: 14.00 to 20.00 h

• Departure: 11.00 h

• No smoking

• Parties not allowed, no music or annoying noises after 8 pm

• Pool hours 8 am to 8 pm, no music in the pool

• Children are not allowed without adult supervision in the pool

• No unauthorized visitors

Rules of  pets accommodation

• Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas

• Owners are responsible for damages caused by their pet

• Pets must be under the supervision of the owner and on a leash to protect wildlife.

• Owners cannot allow annoying barking

• It is not allowed to leave the pet alone in the hotel while the owners go to the beach, have dinner, etc.

• Agressive pets are not allowed
